1. FILL IN THE REGISTRATION FORM BELLOW. CHOOSE CAREFULLY CLASS TIME, LOCATION,TYPE (Music Together®, Rhythm Kids® , DEMO, BABIES ). PLEASE READ OUR CLASSROOM POLICIES . IT IS VERY IMPORTANT 

 

2. Tuition :

"FLUTE" 9 week Collection  of  Music Together® CLASSES  $246.00 (including  materials and unlimited make up classes ). SIBLING FEE $165.00.  NO REFUNDS AFTER THE START OF THE CLASS .  Babies under 8 months are free with the registered sibling but must be registered.

DEMO CLASS FEE:        $20

DROP IN CLASS FEE:   $20.00

INTERIM  2 week SESSION : $45.00

HOLIDAY MUSIC CLASS FEE (2 weeks): $45.00

 

 

3. PAYMENT: 

VENMO @MUSICMOVESACADEMY . IN THE COMMENT AREA PLEASE WRITE YOUR CHILD'S NAME, LOCATION, DAY AND TIME OF THE CLASS. FOR EXAMPLE: MARY JANE, LADERA RANCH, MONDAY 10:30am

 

 

A beautifully illustrated  songbook, access to music dowloads and Music Together APP , a parent Guide and  2 make up classes are included in tuition. 

Make ups  have to be taken during our current  session only and can not be transfered into the future sessions.

PLEASE READ OUR POLICIES            

 ALL CHILDREN , INCLUDING BABIES UNDER 8 MONTHS MUST BE REGISTERED. Drop in FEE( a child that is not registered for class ) is $20.00 ( once per semester). 




REFUNDS AND CREDIT POLICIES:
By registering for our classes, you are agreeing to commitment. We ask you to respect our REFUND POLICY as it stands. Absolutely no cash refunds after the start of the class. A non-refundable fee of $25.00 will be deducted from the tuition if cancellation occurs before session  begins . If a child is unable to adjust to class (after attending two classes ) or serious prolonged  illness occurs  prorated refund will be given. Thank you.
